Where to get tickets?

The easiest way to buy advance tickets to concerts at Lutakko is through Lippupiste. You can choose the language in their webshop between Finnish, Swedish, English and Russia: Lippu.fi.

Usually we open the doors and box office at 8 pm (weekends) or 7 pm (weekdays). Cash and debit/credit cards (VISA/Mastercard) are accepted. If the show is sold out, there will be no tickets left at the door.

Ticket purchase is binding, and only in the case of force majeure (cancellation of the gig or the like) you can ask for refund or access to a replacement gig at info (at) jelmu.net.

When do the bands start to play?

In case of one band only (Fri and Sat) 8 p.m. doors, 10 p.m. Band. In case of one band only (Sun-Thu) 7 p.m. doors, 9 p.m. Band.

In case of two bands (Fri and Sat): 8 p.m. doors, 9 p.m. Band #1, 10 p.m. Band #2. In case of two bands (Sun-Thu): 7 p.m. doors, 8 p.m. Band #1, 9 p.m. Band #2.

In case of three bands (Fri and Sat): 8 p.m. doors, 8:30 p.m. Band #1, 9:30 p.m. Band #2, 10:30 p.m. Band #3. In case of three bands (Fri and Sat): 7 p.m. doors, 7:30 p.m. Band #1, 8:30 p.m. Band #2, 9:30 p.m. Band #3.

Changes in showtimes are possible. The schedule for each show will be posted to our website at least two days in advance.

Cloakroom

We do have a cloackroom and you must leave your coat and bigger bags there. Cloakroom fee is 3 euros (but free for Jelmu members and all people under 18 year old)

Please note that only cash is accepted at the cloakroom.

In case you have lost something when attending a show at Lutakko, please contact us through e-mail (info (at) jelmu.net).

Photography

Professional cameras are not allowed. You can use your pocket camera or cell phone to take pictures.

Is Lutakko an all ages venue? Can I get in with wheelchair?

Some shows at Lutakko are all ages. Most shows however have a 18 years age limit, this info will always be shown at Lutakko and Lippupiste website listings and advertisement. The age limit for Lutakko bar is 18, and it is open also at all ages nights.

The main entrance to Lutakko goes through stairs, but we have an elevator as well. Please contact our security at the door if you use a wheelchair. They will help you to the elevator and up to the second floor where the bands play and pur bar is located.

Volunteer work

Most of Lutakko staff are volunteers. If you want to be part of the crew please contact santeri (at) jelmu.net. You don’t have to speak Finnish to volunteer at Lutakko. We have and have had a lot of foreign volunteers from different countries during the recent years.

Becoming a Jelmu member

If you are permanently living in Jyväskylä and like to visit Lutakko club often then you should consider buying a membership for Jyväskylä live music association Jelmu ry. As a member you get cheaper tickets and free cloakroom. The cost for membership is 25 euros per year. You can join Jelmu at our box office or through our website.
